In the Dumpster at the thrift store. I didn't set this up! One of my coworkers must have, because when I'd first noticed the toy soldier (broken), he wasn't in the shrubbery.
Yes! I am always rescuing from it good things that the church ladies who volunteer in housewares have thrown out. Of course there's also horrific garbage--"interesting" in its way... "Why did anyone donate this?"
