I had been following the posts about Tank and was worried when they stopped. Very glad to see he is still around. I'd like to live to his age if I could remain that active. Please give him my regards.
Tank has definitely got "aging in place" down, largely because the "place" has room for him--a lot of the people I worked with who lived in "Memory Care" could have remained active like Tank too, but their communities didn't support that. Tank lives among long-familiar places and people, like many people used to. How can modern life create and sustain aging in place? It's both simple and complicated...
Tank and Cocoa seem to be having a very serious conversation.
ReplyDeleteA time and motion study, I believe... :)
