Sure. You should not deprive yourself of the things you like (after those initial 3 weeks), just take very small portion and chew longer. It works. If you deprive yourself of the goodies you'll end up yearning them even more and all your plans to switch to the healthy food will be soon forgotten. (do not forget to use loads of herbs in your dishes, it will help with the taste and it's healthy too)
