Penny Cooper announced the other day, out of nowhere, “ I am a super little girl.”
When she saw this photo of me in the priority seating on the bus, she said that I am a “super senior”.
I am out of steam, which shows, I think. Luckily the enervating heat & humidity broke last night and it’s in the low 70s.
That’s a relief—as is having the weekend off with absolutely nothing to do.
I know that I am out of steam!!! The news is exhausting along with a country full of people who seem to have totally misplaced their common sense or even thinking caps!
ReplyDeleteAlong with all of the above I broke my wrist two weeks ago and having to deal with the day to day with my non-dominant hand. Ugh!!!
Krsten
I always sat in the priority seating if it was available even before I became a senior, because I am short and that seat is a little lower than the others, so my feet can be comfortably on the floor for the whole trip. I did vacate the seat if elderly people got on and needed it, but now I don't, because I too am old.
