"How to Use Your Spare Time Effectively"
If only I'd brought this boxed set of self-improvement pamphlets home from work, I would be so much more effective at everything by now! (I'd photographed this weeks ago--the set is still sitting at work.)
Those DO seem handy, but who knows what the tips are like. "Type letters using carbon paper so you don't have to retype the same document over and over" -- LOL!
I love this picture of the set of books. My favourite is How To Profit From A Mistake. I have saved this photo and am going to print it and stick it in my journal, as a reminder that self improvement is a definite possibility!
I’m sorry — I was staring at the ceiling trying to think of something to do. What did you say?
ReplyDeleteWhat treasure you have there, How to everything. I want to be a whiz at figures!

ReplyDeleteMICHAEL: LOL! You have achieved Fail!
ReplyDeleteLINDA SUE: Isn't that great, using "A Whiz" in a book title? I wonder if young people would even know what that means.
STEVE: I'm sure you're right--I want to read them when I get back to work. Perhaps I will post select useless passages...
SARAH: That's my favorite title too, as I make lots of Mistakes!
