Sunday Morning, Heading Out

I'm so glad to have a camera again!
Marz has been pushing me to make little movies again. "You're a moviemaker,"  she said.
This baffled me––it's not how I see myself––but last night she showed me the micromovies I'd been making six years ago, when she first met me, and which I've barely looked at since.

I remembered how much I'd loved making them, and it surprised me that they were fun to watch again, too.
Like this 25-second one, with music by my friend Liam's band:

Balls in Space from Infinity Café Flicks on Vimeo.

I have to figure out how to use the movie option on my camera, and then I'm going to make some.
Meanwhile, here I am, leaving the house this morning, this gray morning:

Marz is right! You made great short-shorts. I look forward to more; maybe longer ones, too.

CROW: Thanks--you made me my only blog prize, remember? for my tiny advent video calendar!

P.S. I'm so proud of it, it's still on my side bar.
