Get to Work

I am a ditherer and a ponderer.
I often require divine intervention to get me to take action.

Luckily, every so often, divine forces oblige.

A few weeks ago, a stranger on youTube wrote:
"Fresca:
You're a brilliant filmmaker and editor.
I simply DON'T understand why you only have a handful of perfect vids up so far! Buy a cheap digital camera, write some short scripts, draft some friends as actors, AND GET TO WORK!!!!!"

Obviously the voice of god, right?
So I bought the camera. But I have yet to use it.

Divine Intervention, Part II:
I just got snail mail from a woman in California I've met exactly once.
She'd heard about my new camera, so she sent me $60 to buy a backup camera battery.

I made the poster at Parody Motivator Generator.

Love the note you got on YouTube--truly a succinct kick in the buttinski.

Get to work!

Hear, hear!

HAHAHAHA. That is beyond awesome. The Universe really is keeping an eye out for you, love, even if it doesn't always feel like it.

This is (possibly) how Hitchcock started!

Well, sometimes I wish the Universe would look the other way, but yeah, it is awesome.

Hitchcocok, eh? Probably when he was about twenty? I really had better get to work!
